Shipping & Delivery Guide

This guide explains the normal AirowMarine order flow. The final shipping service, price and delivery estimate depend on the product, destination and carrier shown at checkout or confirmed by support.

Standard catalogue products

Standard products are available to order. Processing and transit times vary by item, destination and carrier. Oversized, heavy or remote-area shipments can require a separate shipping confirmation.

Custom EVA flooring

Custom EVA flooring is made to order after fitment and layout confirmation. Production generally takes about 15 days, depending on boat size and layout complexity. Transit time begins after production is complete.

How shipping cost is calculated

Shipping can be high for low-priced products when the carrier applies a minimum parcel charge, dimensional weight, remote-area surcharge or oversized-item handling fee. Where available, combining compatible items in one order can reduce the shipping cost per item. The checkout total is the amount to review before payment.
