Refund & Return Policy

At AirowMarine, we are committed to the engineering integrity of our marine hardware. Below is our transparent return policy, structured to meet global standards and ensure your satisfaction.

Policy Overview (Summary)

  • Return Window: 30 Days from the date of delivery.
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee ($0.00).
  • Return Method: By Mail.
  • Return Location: Returns are processed at our central warehouse in China.
  • Refund Processing Time: 5 - 7 Business Days after inspection.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns for products purchased on our website within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

2. Return Process & Shipping Costs

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@airowmarine.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please do not send items back without an RMA, as they may be lost.

A. Quality Issues (Defective/Damaged/Wrong Item)

For verified quality-related issues (e.g., material defects, 316-grade discrepancies, or manufacturing faults):

  • Cost to Customer: Free.
  • Shipping Label: AirowMarine will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email for you to download and print. Alternatively, we may reimburse your shipping cost upon provision of a valid shipping receipt.
  • Restocking Fee: None.

B. Customer Remorse (Change of Mind / Ordered Wrong Size)

If the return is due to personal preference, installation changes, or accidental ordering:

  • Cost to Customer: The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping to our facility.
  • Restocking Fee: None.
  • Condition: Product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
Important Note on International Returns:
Please be aware that our central return hub is located in China. For international customers (USA/EU), return shipping costs can be significant depending on the weight of the hardware. We recommend checking shipping rates with your local carrier before initiating a return for personal reasons.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. No Restocking Fee

We value our customers. We do NOT charge a restocking fee for any returns, whether they are defective or due to customer remorse.

5. Refund Fulfillment

Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment hub (usually within 1-3 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

6. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it free of charge.

After Shipment: If the package has already been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. You will need to receive the package and follow the "Customer Remorse" return process.
