With over 8 years of maritime expertise, AirowMarine operates this website and store to provide professional-grade marine hardware and customized engineering solutions (the “Services”). Headquartered in Hong Kong with direct manufacturing facilities in Mainland China, we bridge technical precision with global supply chain reliability.
By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional policies referenced herein and available by hyperlink.
SECTION 1 - ACCOUNT & ELIGIBILITY
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made at our store. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS & TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
We specialize in AISI 316-grade stainless steel marine hardware. While we strive for absolute accuracy in product depictions, technical specifications and mirror-polish finishes may vary slightly depending on production batches.
Custom Fabrication: For non-standard components (OEM/ODM), technical sign-off on CAD drawings provided by our engineering team constitutes a final specification agreement. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 3 - PRICING & B2B QUOTES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. For professional maritime projects, we offer tiered B2B pricing. Quotes provided via our official communication channels remain valid for the duration specified in the individual document. Posted prices do not include taxes, customs duties, or import charges unless explicitly stated.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING, RISK & TITLE
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. As a dual-hub operator, orders are fulfilled via our Hong Kong logistics center or direct factory export from Mainland China.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of products to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by international customs processing or maritime freight conditions.
SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content included in our Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, CAD designs, and technical data, is the property of AirowMarine or its content suppliers and protected by international intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from our Hong Kong headquarters.
SECTION 6 - PROHIBITED USES
In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others; (c) to submit false or misleading information; (d) to interfere with the security features of the Service.
SECTION 7 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
AirowMarine shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, arising from your use of any of our products or services, especially in critical maritime installations where professional surveyor approval is required.
SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). You and AirowMarine consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hong Kong.
