Shipping Policy

AirowMarine specializes in serving maritime professionals across North America, Europe, and Oceania. We ship directly from our manufacturing hubs to ensure you get professional-grade hardware straight from the source. To meet different project budgets and timelines, we offer flexible shipping options including both Duty-Paid (DDP) and Duty-Unpaid (DDU) services where available.

1. Processing & Delivery Times

We process orders Monday through Friday. Please review our shipping timelines below to plan your project accordingly.

Important Notes on Transit Times:
  • Definition: "Business Days" are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote areas, outlying islands, or military addresses (APO/FPO) are subject to extended transit times and may significantly exceed the standard estimates listed above. Specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed for these hard-to-reach locations.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on three key factors:

  • 1. Destination: The country and region you are shipping to.
  • 2. Weight: The total weight of your order.
  • 3. Service Type: The specific option you select (e.g., Standard vs. Economy, or Duty-Paid vs. Duty-Unpaid).

Bulk Discount: Orders exceeding 100kg (approx. 220lbs) automatically qualify for a ~7% shipping discount applied at checkout.

3. Duties & Taxes (Please Read Carefully)

To provide flexibility, we differentiate our shipping services based on how import taxes are handled. Please check the shipping method name at checkout to confirm which service you are selecting.

Option A: "Duties & Taxes Included" (DDP)

If the shipping method you select is labeled "Duties & Taxes Included":

  • AirowMarine pays the import fees on your behalf.
  • The total price you see at checkout is the final price.
  • No extra payments are required upon delivery.
Option B: "Duties Unpaid" (DDU)

If the shipping method is labeled "Duties Unpaid" or "Buyer Pays Tax" (often the lower-cost option):

  • Government Levied Fees: Import duties, VAT, and brokerage fees are levied by your local customs authority/government, NOT by AirowMarine.
  • Customer Responsibility: You act as the "importer of record" and must pay these fees directly to the courier to release your package.
  • Refusal Policy: If you refuse a package due to import fees, the package will be returned to us or destroyed. Return shipping costs and penalties will be deducted from any refund due to you.

Bahamas, Barbados, Canada, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Panama, Puerto Rico, Trinidad and Tobago, United States.
South America:
Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Uruguay.
Europe:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
Asia Pacific (Asia & Oceania):

Middle East & Africa:

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is processed and passes our technical quality control, you will receive a tracking notification via email. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

6. Modification & Cancellation Policy

We understand maritime projects evolve. Here is how we handle changes:

Changing Address

Once an order is confirmed, specifications are locked. If you need to update a delivery address, please contact us immediately. We can only assist before the shipment departs our hub.

Cancelling Orders

  • Standard Catalog Items: Please contact us immediately. If the package has not been dispatched, we will cancel it for free. If dispatched, you must follow our Return Policy.
  • Custom & OEM Projects: For non-standard components, orders cannot be cancelled once the technical sign-off is completed and production has commenced in our factory.
